Plant-Based Education and Cooking Classes 
All classes include a cooking demonstration and sampling.
All classes are from 5:30 - 7:30pm.

These are in-person plant-based education and cooking classes at Bland County Library, 697 Main Street, Bland, VA. There will be cooking demonstrations at each class, as well as time for sampling. Recipes and resources will be made available to participants. Class time is 5:30-7:00PM.

March 20- Plant-Based Meat Substitutes (in church fellowship hall next door to library)

April 17- Plant-Based Breakfasts (in library conference room)

May 15- Diabetes & Food (in church fellowship hall next door to library)

June 19- Picnic & Potluck Foods (in library conference room)

August 21- Heart Health & Food (in fellowship hall next door to library)

September 18- Buddha Bowls (in fellowship hall next door to library)

October 16- Let's Beat Breast Cancer (in library conference room)

November 20- Holiday Foods (in church fellowship hall next door to library)
