Last February, I was invited by a friend to go to a “Kickstart Your Health” class. I was struggling with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I devoured the information that Brenda shared each week and enjoyed the foods she cooked for us. It is now ten months later, and I am still enjoying this healthy living! I no longer struggle with either high cholesterol or high blood pressure. Both are in the normal ranges. I lost approximately 17-18 pounds and have been able to maintain. I am 72 years old and only wish I had done this in my twenties or earlier!
