ABOUT THE COURSE
Have you been curious about this Whole Food Plant-Based eating thing? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired and you are ready to make some changes? Do you need to start at the beginning with the basics of whole food plant based eating?
This four-week course is for you. I will be posting 4 videos in this Facebook group over the course of 4 weeks. You will also be able to ask questions and get support from me and one another within this group. I will post WFPB meals daily so you can see just how yummy this food can be. Next course start to be announced.
Participants of this group will be getting extra information that I do not share on my regular Brenda Workman Speaks Facebook page. Once the group starts, this group will be closed.

In this course we'll cover how to make this a lifelong journey in order to avoid the diseases that plague our country and how what you eat ties into living intentionally.
